About Me

I am a professional Life Coach, specializing in Life Transition, Life Crisis Management, Personal Growth, and Intercultural Family Dynamic Relationship. I maintain a private practice in Seattle, WA, and coach clients around the world via SKYPE.

In my 17+ years of experience working with women and children in social services, I founded Friends of WPC Nepal in Seattle, WA and Women’s Protection Center in Nepal. I have also served as co-founder and board member in various organizations that specialized in women and children’s empowerment issues regarding human trafficking and domestic violence.

Currently, I serve as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. In addition to being a professional Life Coach, I’ve also presented nationally to general audiences speaking on the topics of Human Trafficking and Women’s Empowerment.

I am a collaborative, solution-focused Life Coach. Through this approach, I provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I also integrate coaching techniques and helpful assignments to offer a highly personalized program tailored to you. With compassion and understanding, I work with you to help build on your strengths and attain the personal growth you are committed to achieving.

Education

I obtained a BA Degree in Bangalore, India, and a Masters Degree in Social and Civic Entrepreneurship (MASCE) at Bakke Graduate University in Seattle, Washington.
